Welcoming students upon arrival at the airport, followed by transfer via a modern, air-conditioned bus to the accommodation.

12:30 – 13:00 | 🏨 Hotel Check-in

Room allocation for participants and time to rest.

13:00 – 14:00 | 🍽️ Lunch

Lunch will be served.

14:00 – 16:30 | ☕ Al-Shallal Café

Visit Al-Shallal Café and enjoy the surrounding natural atmosphere.

16:30 – 17:30 | 🎭 Maraya Theatre

Visit Maraya Theatre and take memorable photos.

17:30 – 21:30 | 🪨 Elephant Rock

Visit Elephant Rock, one of AlUla’s most iconic natural landmarks.

21:30 – 22:30 | 🍽️ Dinner

Dinner will be served.

22:30 – 23:00 | 🛏️ Return to Hotel

Prepare for overnight stay.

🗓 Day Two – Dadan + Jabal Ikmah + Harrat Viewpoint

08:00 – 09:30 | ☀️ Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:30 – 11:00 | 🏛️ Dadan Kingdom

An educational tour highlighting AlUla’s rich history and introducing ancient civilizations.

11:00 – 12:30 | ⛰️ Jabal Ikmah

Visit Jabal Ikmah, famous for its ancient inscriptions, with a simplified explanation suitable for students.

12:30 – 14:30 | 🍽️ Lunch

Lunch will be served.

14:30 – 16:30 | 🏨 Hotel Rest

Return to the hotel for rest.

16:30 – 19:30 | 🌌 Harrat Viewpoint (by 4×4 Vehicles)

Ascend via 4×4 vehicles to the highest viewpoint, enjoying panoramic views of AlUla’s deserts, mountains, farms, and a magical stargazing experience.

19:30 – 20:30 | 🏘️ Old Town

Visit AlUla Old Town and explore its heritage character.

20:30 – 22:00 | 🍽️ Dinner

Dinner will be served.

22:00 – 22:30 | 🛏️ Return to Hotel

Prepare for overnight stay.

🗓 Day Three – Hegra + Departure (Afternoon)

08:00 – 09:00 | ☀️ Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 – 12:00 | 🏜️ Hegra (Madain صالح)

A unique tour to explore Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, including visits to the most prominent landmarks.

12:00 – 13:00 | 🏨 Return to Hotel & Check-out

Prepare for departure.

Group gathering and preparation for transfer to the airport.

13:15 – 14:00 | ✈️ Airport

Arrival at the airport and completion of travel procedures.
