We are pleased to announce, in collaboration with the Medina Municipality, Al-Manarat Schools, and the Environmental Association, the launch of the "Planting Hope" initiative by Future Luxury for Organizing Trips. This initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the "Saudi Green Initiative" to raise awareness about the importance of tree planting among children and their parents.

Event Date: 23-10-2024

💢 Detailed Program 💢

Section 1: Tree Planting Initiative (Free)

7:00 AM:

📍 Gathering at Al-Manarat School

• All participants, children and parents, will gather in the school yard to prepare for the trip.

7:30 AM:

🚌 Departure to the initiative site

• Buses will be ready to transport participants to the designated site.

8:00 AM:

🌳 Arrival at the site and start of activities

• Participants will be welcomed with an introductory tour on how to plant trees with the help of volunteers.

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM:

🌱 Tree planting and watering

• Children and parents will participate in planting trees in the allocated areas.

Section 2: Breakfast and Group Games (Paid)

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM:

🍽️ Breakfast

• A break for a delicious and nutritious breakfast for all participants.

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM:

🎉 Group games and entertainment at the amusement park

• Enjoy a variety of fun games suitable for all ages.

1:30 PM:

🚌 Preparation for return and gathering in buses

• All participants will prepare to return to the school.

2:00 PM:

🏫 Return to school

• The trip concludes with a safe return.

💰 Pricing 💰

• Section 1: Completely free – includes tree planting and transportation.
• Section 2: Breakfast and group games:
• 120 per child
• 80 per parent

The price includes breakfast, entry tickets to the games, and drinks throughout the trip.

Notes:

• All buses will be provided for free by Future Luxury for Organizing Trips to support the initiative.
• The trip aligns with the goals of Vision 2030 to promote environmental sustainability.
